We’re comfortably seated, the music is on and we’ve got a supply of coffee and tons of instant noodles. We know we’ve got to think of something but everyone’s hoping that today just isn’t their turn to come up with a genius idea or revolutionary creation. So we just sit and wait. Each and every one of us once worked for a large advertising agency. That experience taught us the two basics of surviving: 1. Genius ideas happen only when you have nothing to write them down with, 2. The last clean cup in the kitchen legally belongs the boss. So we just sit and wait. We often invite others to sit with us. They also know it’s the coolest job in the World, so they don’t hesitate to come, bringing along tidbits of their own. We’ve got the coolest job in the World, because we know that ideas will come sooner or later, you just have to wait for them. So we just sit and wait.
